"No such file u' " seems a bit odd. There is a character missing
somewhere (a closing ' or something).

u' is the prefix for a 'unicode string' which isn't a great
presentation, but at least explains why you see the "u". Without more
info, it seems like it is trying to create a file with the name " "
which would just be strange.
