re-create branch from rich-root-pack repo to pack-0.92 repo

Argh. I thought it was a built-in; that's not true.

It comes from the ‘repack’ plug-in, which I didn't even realise I had
installed; I certainly have no current use for it.

I presume I need another plug-in for that? Is it too much to hope that
it's in Debian?
