[MERGE] Split up PushResult

The attached patch renames bzrlib.branch.PushResult to
bzrlib.branch.BranchPushResult (naming consistent with
bzrlib.branch.BranchCheckResult) and introduces a new
bzrlib.push.PushResult object that can describe all push results, not
just those between existing branches.

This change is another step towards BzrDirToBranchInter, which is
required for the elimination of "bzr svn-push".
