No, it's not email sent to the wrong list. It's produced by a message
that was sent to the squid-dev list.
However, the target branch in the bundle URL was slightly wrong:
http://www.squid-cache.org/bzr/squid3/trunk
instead of:
http://www.squid-cache.org/bzr/squid3/trunk/
This meant that Bundle Buggy couldn't determine which branch it was
intended to land on, so it couldn't determine what project it was for,
and the default is Bazaar.
The correct response to misdirected merge requests is to reassign them
to the correct project, not to veto them.
