Not easily :-)

But the patch itself is trivial, so:

BB:approve

But, I really think that shouldn't be part of bzr core but of
some yet-to-be-created bzr-emacs plugin.

That way such modifications (which are really under emacs
users/hackers responsibility) doesn't have to go through the
bzr-core process.

That will also allows providing some emacs customizations (which
this patch really is) with better control (things can be simpler
when handled from the emacs side).
