[MERGE] Add "Organizing your workspace" section to User Guide

I'm not feeling up to coding tonight so I though I'd churn out
another documentation patch. This one takes the bulk of the
information on common workspace layouts given in my recent spec
on this issue (http://bazaar-vcs.org/DraftSpecs/EasyWorkspaceSetup)
and turns it into an appendix in the User Guide.

The time will come soon for streamlining some of the steps, but in
the meantime, at least they're documented in the UG now.
