I think that's a good aim.
I put my interest as "cool new bzr plugins". I think there are lots of
ideas we have for things that would be nice to have, so spending a
couple of days trying to flesh them out would be useful. In addition
plugins are a good place to learn about bzrlib from, so it would be
good for any non-bzr hackers.
