scenarios + workflows + docs (was Re: [RFC] bzr-upload documentation)

I would like to see a mash-up (or perhaps a meshing) of:

1. http://bazaar-vcs.org/Scenarios
2. http://bazaar-vcs.org/Workflows
3. and the "mini" tutorials that are listed on:
	http://bazaar-vcs.org/Documentation
(although there are only two of these right now + the one I just wrote)

I think we could create a really elegant flow through the information by
combining these elements. I'd especially like to highlight the
information that exists instead of being overwhelmed by all the content
that could be written. :)
