Somewhat agreed. OTOH I don't think "regex" is the key here.
The important part is that it can rename a bunch of files at a time.
So maybe "batch-mv", "mv-multi", "mv*",

PS: Actually, I think the "mv*" is quick clever, with the reference to
regexps's kleen closure. Too bad it would require quoting for use
from shells.
