 * finished building windows installers on kerguelen
 * would like to try
 * submitted some CHK fixes on list
 * getting groupcompress conversions working again and assessing that

 * going to finish hooking up network stream serialization with other stuff

igc:
 * published usertest results for brisbane-core format; one of the
commands may be filter
 * published a branch with fast-import-filter
 * want to get a mysql repo created for devel5
 * usertest upgrading formats it doesn't know is not too scalable
