[MERGE][1.11] include all tortoise docs

I'm afraid I've no idea how to resolve that first issue and trying to 
double-guess bundlebuggy isn't my idea of fun.  The merge is trivial, 
has been approved and the lack of Tortoise docs is being reported as a bug.

Can someone please arrange for the patch to be merged on the 1.12rc 
branch and the trunk?  I'm afraid I'm not confident enough to do that 
myself yet...
