It would always be safe to remove anything from the cache at anytime.
The cache would be just that - a cache. Not the primary storage location
for revisions. Revisions would still be stored in the branches or the
shared repositories as usual.
I think the svn plugin implemented it's own caching mechanism. It would
be nice if there could be one cache for Bazaar that the svn plugin could
also use.
