Well, first, note that nothing that isn't in an official release by
PyCon will be considered for the Python decision[1], unless the decision
is "do nothing now", in which case I'm sure the issue will come up
again in 6 or 12 months.

Anyway, AFAICS that's just a shared repository.

[1]  In fact some of the more conservative folks wanted "nothing that
isn't in Debian stable", in which case Bazaar is just SOL.
