important changes in scmproj plugin

Hi,

If you planning to try scmproj or already using it for your projects,
please, read this mail carefully.

Last week we (me and Marius Kruger) have changed seriously internal
formats of project meta-data. These changes should provide better
user experience and in general big step forward, based on the
feedback we get so far from Ian Clatworthy, Wouter van Heyst, Mark Hammond
and our own dogfooding.

New project config format and new layout of control dir has already landed
in the trunk (lp:bzr-scmproj) and documetation has been updated as well,
see http://bialix.com/scmproj/docs/

New project format has version 1 and will be long-time supported format.
Unfortunately it's backward incompatible with old one and you should update
manually. Sorry for inconvenience.
