[MERGE][Bug #198417] 'ancestor:' revspec defaults to the parent branch

Hello all,

Attached is a patch which makes the 'ancestor:' revspec default to the
parent branch if no other value is given.  So, for example, 'bzr diff
-rancestor:' would show the changes against the parent branch.  This
fixes bug #198417.
