Upgrading bzr.dev (was: Re: Why does Bazaar download so much data for a small change?)

Do the sysadmins let you see the website's logs? You could check how
many people actually are using older clients to access it. (I guess
you'd have to do the same for lp:bzr. Good thing that's owned by the
same company, if the privacy rules allow it. ;-)
