I think there is.  Changes often don't make sense by themselves-- you
have to see the context they were made in, in order to understand them.
 I find this frequently with gannotate.

Perhaps "bzr log -p foo --all-files"?

I think generality trumps the slight convenience this might provide.  In
most cases, the inventory delta will be boring, anyhow.
