[loom/MERGE] Update loom to use the new revisionspec registry

This is a small patch to bzr-loom to avoid the new deprecation warning.

I wrote it to be fully backwards compatible with older bzrlib versions.

It is somewhat duplicated with the _revspec_register helper, but I
figured it was best to use the public api.
