Loggerhead in the user guide

Hi Ian,

The user guide
(http://doc.bazaar-vcs.org/latest/en/user-guide/index.html#web-browsing)
currently mentions that loggerhead is hard to install. While this used
to be the case, I think it may now actually be easier to set up than
bzrweb or webserve and it certainly provides a much better user
experience than the other two.

I think it would be nice to just point at loggerhead in this section,
and perhaps mention the fact that there are alternatives. Would that be
acceptable, or should the other two be mentioned explicitly as well?
