How to prevent bazaar asking for the password when using https+webdav

I would recommend looking at the "~/.bazaar/authentication.conf"
information.

I don't know about https+webdav specifically, but that should be usable
for stuff like https authentication.

You'd have to ask Vincent (who implemented http+webdav)
