This misses a ending dot.

Separately, I think it would also be useful to point at some of the
existing plugins for examples about implementing a new storage format, a
new command or a new merge algorithm. It's often useful to read some
existing code to see how others are using a API while reading the docs.
Or perhaps having a well-commented bzr-hello plugin that shows quick
usages of these APIs ?
