[MERGE] Move ForeignVcsMapping.show_foreign_revid to ForeignVcs.

Hi,

The attached patch moves ForeignVcsMapping.show_foreign_revid() to
ForeignVcs, where it conceptually belongs. In order to support this
properly, ForeignVcsMapping's constructor now takes a ForeignVcs
object. 

This is an API break, but the only two users of this API are bzr-svn and
bzr-git, both of which can cope with this change.
