[MERGE] show tags in log --short/--line

I'm beginning to use tags more frequently on my projects now
and it's annoying that they don't show in my preferred log
formats. The attached patch addresses this issue.

I'm open to better formatting suggestions if users don't
like where I've placed the information. I think the output
looks pretty good though with tags placed:

* on the end of the top line for --short (before [merge])
* immediately after the revno for --line.
