[MERGE] [bug 307394] Loosen check in add_records()

The attached loosens the check for dupes in the add_record() method of 
knits a little bit. Right now it requires the present entry to have 
the same parents as well as the same compression base as the 
entry that's being added. This patch makes it only check that 
the parents are the same.

Some bzr-svn users were getting crashes because of this check.
