[MERGE] `bzr init` will now print a little less verbose output.

Oh, I did not know that.  But isn't

  Created a standalone tree (format: pack-0.92)

misleading too (bazaar did not create the working tree)?  How about:

  Created branch x (format: pack-0.92), standalone repository.

This maybe even fits better with the other message:

  Created branch x (format: pack-0.92)
  in the shared repository /tmp/r/
