Could you also include prominent user documentation on how to control
the default log format for a user?  I understand there is a 'log_format'
preference setting in BZR_HOME somewhere, but I see no reference to
this in any documentation (user manual, user reference, or anywhere
else in the 'doc' subdirectory).
