Our shared machine is finally back-in-action (well, by hard-coding all
of the DNS entries, but at least it works) and I've been able to build
the installers.

However, I'm still waiting on bzrtools-1.11 to be released, because I
don't think we want to default to shipping something that would probably
complain about being out of date.
