The status of our IDE integration efforts are listed here:
http://bazaar-vcs.org/IDEIntegration. I'm pretty sure
some work was done last year on NetBeans integration but
I can't remember by whom and how far it got. Searching
the mailing list archives listed on http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrSupport
may help?
