Visual Studio integration -- status? comments?

Hi Charles,

See http://bazaar-vcs.org/IDEIntegration. There is certainly a lot of
work going into this general area and much of the core technology
(e.g. bzr-xmloutput) isn't IDE specific. It looks like VS integration
is currently in need of some love though. (At a guess, it may work
but expect alpha or beta quality.)

Of course, if things are better than that, someone please update
the Wiki page above!
