Status of bzr 1.10 in Jaunty Jackalope

Hello, all!

I'd like to know what are the plans for packaging bzr 1.10 for Ubuntu
Jaunty Jackalope. I see the official archives only offer 1.9, the
stable PPA has 1.10 packages for every Ubuntu release except JJ,
while the beta PPA has (obsolete) 1.10-rc packages for every Ubuntu
release including JJ...

Forgive me if I'm missing something obvious, but the lack of packages
for JJ seems odd.
