No module named commands

Hello there.

Being the lazy bastard I am I got pretty much used to plug and play
functionality - meaning that after I install a piece of sotware, it
just works - and if it doesn't, it gives me a good reason as to why. I
can guess that's basically why the bazaar bundle exists, along with a
2.5 python and shell integration.

While bazaar itself works fine and dandy, the shell interface spits
out a rather vague error: "ImportError: No module named commands"
whenever I try to do a log, diff or other operation. I was actually
expecting that a bundle contains all the required dependancies - after
all, if one doesn't have python 2.5, what's the chance he has the
commands module (or whatever it is?)

Anyway, any ideas how to fix this nasty error and start hacking away
with bazaar?
