Just to let people know, I've uploaded bzr 1.10, bzr-svn 0.4.16, and bzrtools
1.10 to the PPA. There was a small hiccup because I accidentally uploaded
bzr-svn first, but everything seems to be building now.

I would build the Windows installer, but last I checked, our shared host
somehow lost DNS access. So while I can get into the machine, I don't have a
way for it to download the latest versions of the various packages.

Hopefully that will be fixed soon.
