[MERGE] Support create_by_apply_delta() in Inventory.

This patch against brisbane-core implements 
Inventory.create_by_apply_delta(), just like it is already present in 
CHKInventory. The latter has a more efficient implementation, of
course, but it's useful to have on Inventory as well, for convienence.
