One big project with multiple small projects

Yeah there's absolutely no documentation! I think it would be helpful if 
bzr developers did not recommended config-manager as a workaround to 
this problem. I wasted the best part of a day trying to work it out only 
to find it doesn't even solve the problem I was trying to solve. It just 
ends up frustrating you and wasting your time....
