Please help Python team decide on a VCS

I don't think so.  At this point the effort is going toward fleshing
out the workflow scenarios (see the Python Developers' FAQ
http://www.python.org/dev/faq/), and my understanding is that Brett
wants to get that done before the lobbying starts again.  If you want
to contribute workflow scenarios, go direct to the authors.

The authors include Barry, Brett Cannon <brett at python.org>, Alexandre
Vassalotti <alexandre at peadrop.com>, and myself <stephen at xemacs.org>.
Brett's the boss, Alexandre is doing Mercurial and I'm helping with
git, by the way.

Naw.  I haven't done squat yet myself, though this weekend is hoped to
be productive (and I have a twelve-hour or so head start on you<wink>).
