Excuse me for pointing it out, but the latter is just a special case
of the former.  The OP faces certain constraints, clearly is aware
that NFS has its gotchas, and formulated a precise question.  In a
language which I suspect is not his milk tongue, to boot.  I think he
knows what he's doing.  Let him have his own answer, and start your
own thread for your preferred flavors of X and Y.  You don't need to
hijack his thread.
