About QBzr, bzr-svn, bzr.exe and PyQt 4.4.x on win32

I've installed latest bzr-setup-1.9.exe standalone installer for windows
that have PyQt 4.4.? version bundled inside. And this PyQt version override
my own PyQt 4.3.1 that I've bundled into qbzr standalone installer.
Until this release I'm always used my own bzr.exe builds.

After couple of days I found many small but annoying warts in recent PyQt
behavior. Looking at QBzr's bug database I'm also see several bug reports that
exists because of problems in PyQt 4.4 version.

The most annoying thing for me is clipboard: if I'm copying something
in QBzr window then before closing this window I can paste the text
to another document, but after closing the window I can't.
It seems like PyQt force clipboard erase. IIRC, Gary van der Merwe
mentioned this effect too some time ago.

So it seems for me that PyQt 4.3.1 is most stable version for win32
(I'm using Windows 2000 and XP).

Of course I'm still able to build my own bzr.exe, but I'm started
to use bzr-svn for some open-source projects, and I like it.

That said I'd like to asks Mark Hammond and/or John Meinel following question:

is it possible to use PyQt 4.3.1 for building standalone installer
OR can we have binary version of bzr-svn for win32 available to
download?
Unfortunately the page http://d5190871.u44.websitesource.net/bzr-svn/
have latest build of bzr-svn 0.4.10. :-(

I hear many times terrible stories about pain of compiling svn and bzr-svn
on Windows, so I will be very grateful to avoid this pain.
If these stories are not true, can I read somewhere building instructions?

If not -- then not. I can have official bzr-noinstaller version somewhere
on my disk and run it when I need to work with bzr-svn.

Thank you.
