[merge][trivial][#289148] better messages for establishing your lp credentials

But it is mostly a bug in Bazaar: (2) it should not use the ambiguous
term "Launchpad login" (it should use "Launchpad ID" instead, as per
the RegistrySimplifications spec), and (3) the error message should
link you to the page for setting up your SSH key instead of leaving
you hanging. (For forwards compatibility, the link should be to your
profile page rather than to +editsshkeys in particular, because it is
likely that the latter will be merged into the profile page somehow in
future).
