[ANNOUNCE] bzr-svn 0.4.15

Since this release fixes a nasty bugs I made a patch to make it work
with bzr 1.7 since that is what we currently have installed at my
company. 
Jelmer told me that he will not make a special release my patch since it
is for old bzr and breaks python 2.6,  so he asked me to post my patch
here if someone else needs it.
