Hi all,

This removes the reference to the 'shelf' command from the 'shelve'
command help. Most of the functions of 'shelf' are not needed in 2:
- - delete is handled by 'unshelve --delete-only'
- - switch is the multiple-shelf functionality, shelf 2 doesn't support
multiple shelves. When you've gotten to that level of complexity, you
probably need a loom anyhow.
- - show is 'unshelve --dry-run'.
- - upgrade will be handled by the standard WT upgrade methods.

The 'list' functionality seems useful. I plan to supply a list-shelf
command in the future.
