TortoiseBzr Mailing list?

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a separate mailing list for the
TortoiseBzr project. I searched pretty much all of the project's
launchpad site, but couldn't find it. I'm interested in contributing
to this project but I can't seem to figure out if it's possible or how
(seeing as how the trunk branch is labeled as a proof of concept open
for discussion).

Any guidance is much appreciated.
