Loggerhead 1.9 release

Not for Loggerhead 1.9, but may be some time in the future:

Comparing Loggerhead and Trac displaying diffs, Trac highlights
the lines changed and the words changed, like [1] for example.

For me it's much easier to read a diff that way (both inline and
side-by-side).
