Loggerhead 1.9 release

The only major thing I can think of that would be nice is the ability to
see more changes around a diff than just 3 lines (and to be able to
specify this on the revision page). Also the ability to look at the
diffs of a single file on a separate page showing the entire file's
contents and changes side by side.
