Hi all,

I'm bemused to announce BzrTools 1.9.1

This version is intended to be compatible with the 1.9.x Bazaar
series.  BzrTools is a plugin that provides miscellaneous useful and/or
frivolous functionality for bazaar.

Changes:
- This restores runtime ignores for .shelf directories, which had been
  accidentally removed in 1.9.1
- More cleanup of unused stuff in command_classes.
