Mark Hammond is the one who has been polishing the standalone bzr
installer, integrating TortoiseBzr, etc. Unfortunately he took a
vacation for about 1 month recently, and we haven't gotten his knowledge
about how to build everything transferred over to another person yet.
We also recently set up a shared windows machine, which is where we plan
on getting the windows builds set up. We have the machine, and the
ability to build is about 8/10ths done. The problem is that it is a
64-bit machine running the free version of MSVC9 which doesn't build for
a 64-bit platform. Further complicating it is that you can only really
build for python 2.6 with VC9 because <2.5 is built using MSVC7 and MS
compilers ship a new runtime with every version, so they don't like to
compile anything compatible with another version of the compiler.
I can go ahead and create the python installers here, but I don't have
things set up to create the all-in-one.

We do, we had just been relying on Mark and he took a vacation. We do
have other options, but sometimes we just lose track of it.

Its a wiki, if there is incorrect information, you have all of our
approval to make changes to make it correct.
