I pushed a branch of my current work on bzr-jira to:
lp:~guillo.gonzo/+junk/bzr-jira

Also uploaded a snapshot of this to: http://verterok.com.ar/bzr-jira/

In order to be able to use the plugin, you must have bzr and
bzr-xmloutput (current trunk recommended) installed.
