Problem with cvsps_import

As of version 1.8 of bazaar the cvsps_import plugin is broken.  The root
cause is that record_entry_contents of CommitBuilder in
bzrlib/repository.py calls get_file_with_stat on cvsps_import's
MinimalTree class (instead of get_file).

It's an easy fix (heck, my description of the problem is longer than the
patch I created to fix my tree), but I figured someone should know :).
