Just as a side-comment, when sending out announcements like this, we
should set the "Reply-To" to be just the bzr mailing list.
Otherwise people replying accidentally send stuff to places they don't
really intend (gnu announce, bazaar-announce, etc.)
Probably this needs to go in the release process docs.
