 * finished off btree prefetch, sent patch
 * wants to retry when a pack disappears from under us (Launchpad bug
153786 in bzr "pack repositories do not retry when concurrent
operations pack" [High,Triaged] https://launchpad.net/bugs/153786)

robert:
 * still working on fetch performance with normal formats -> split-inventory

andrew:
 * filed many Intrepid bug reports
 * some progress on usertest stuff, and will send up patches to add
start/stop server hooks to the config file, then converting
interesting network tests to scripts
