I'm using trac+bzr and have bzr smart server operated on the same repo.
I'm using such sceme at my work for more than year.
I's usable but limited in features (I'm using Trac 0.10.4).

There is only one big problem with trac+bzr: it's slow if you have big history.
Very slow.
